The Human Microbiome: From Metagenomes to Therapeutics

Our research combines high-resolution computational reconstructions of the host-microbiome interactome with microbial engineering to devise innovative approaches to create new therapeutic interventions and investigate the underlying ecology of skin microbial communities.
