Align, Define, Prioritize: Thriving Through Transition

This interactive session will equip managers and HR staff with strategies to navigate staffing changes and shifting priorities within their departments and centers. Participants will learn how to thoughtfully realign job duties, define clear roles, and prioritize essential responsibilities to maintain continuity and efficiency after recent transitions. The workshop will also address approaches for filling gaps created over the summer, fostering team resilience, and ensuring that staff feel supported and engaged during times of change. Co-hosted by Pratt HR and Pratt’s Office of Culture and Belonging, this training will provide practical tools to streamline workflows, communicate expectations effectively, and create a path forward that balances organizational needs with employee growth and well-being.
