Recruiting Our Students
We help your organization access our top-quality students
Duke Engineering graduates are well-trained, inspired and creative engineers, ready to make big impacts:
- Three-quarters of our undergraduates complete industry internships
- 9-in-10 of our master's students are employed full-time or pursuing further education within 6 months of graduation
Career Fairs
There are opportunities at Duke for recruitment for internships and full-time jobs throughout the year.
TechConnect Career Networking
TechConnect, held twice a year—in September and January—engages you with engineering and computer science students in an intimate, social environment. Quickly target students through a comfortable networking/interviewing process.
Spring Engineering + Computing Showcase
The Showcase—held in January—is a unique networking event where students share their tech projects. In this "reverse career fair," the students get the presentation space and employers come to them.
Duke Career Fairs
The Duke Career Center holds career fairs throughout the year, including the annual Career & Summer Opportunities Fair each January.
Internships
Duke Engineering
Internships are an excellent way to tap into the outstanding student talent Duke Engineering has to offer.
More than 75 percent of our undergraduates participate in an industry internship. We are always working to expand internship opportunities for our students.
