Prospective students who would like to join our community of scholars are encouraged to visit us, as are interested members of the public.
We offer tours of our facilities and provide opportunities to meet our faculty and students.

Prospective Master's Students
On-Campus Visit Days
We invite you to visit the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University during one of our Admission events on the Duke campus. Typical Admission events can include:
- Meetings with Duke faculty and staff
- A campus tour, with Duke master's students
- A visit to a class
Individual Visits
If you cannot attend an Admission event on campus, request an individual visit by contacting us at pratt_masters@duke.edu. Be sure to tell us your:
- Name, email address and telephone number
- Preferred visit date(s)
- Your intended area of study
Prospective PhD Students
Each spring, the Pratt School of Engineering’s doctoral degree programs send invitations to selected applicants for expense-paid, full-day information sessions. Participants receive tours of the Duke campus and Duke Engineering research facilities, as well as meet students and faculty.
These arranged group visits are typically scheduled for the last Fridays in January, February, and March. For those unable to attend on group dates, individual visits can be arranged.

Prospective Undergraduates
Take the Duke Engineering Walking Tour!
Tours are led by friendly student guides and last about an hour.
