How I've made the most of my Duke experience...

I've made the most of my Duke experience by exploring a range of opportunities academically and socially to sample different interests and meet all kinds of people. Traveling to Uganda with Duke Engineers for International Development (DEID) during the summer after my freshman year, studying abroad in Edinburgh last fall, leading a DTech Circle, participating in Greek life, and pursuing majors in both Trinity and Pratt are some of the main ways I've tried to capitalize on all that Duke offers.

Where I see myself after Duke...

I'm a native Californian, and I'll likely be drawn back by its culture and natural beauty after graduation. My plans for the future are highly flexible, but my work experience has mainly been in software engineering. I plan to (at least) start out in the tech industry.

How I like to spend my free time...

I love to be outside and spend most of my free time trail running/hiking/paddleboarding/cycling/surfing/any other activity my friends are up for.

My favorite class(es) at Duke...

ECE364: Performance and Technology

Resources I love to use at Duke...

The resource I use the most is other Duke students—I've found that people in the ECE/CS community are super willing to support each other and collaborate.
