How I've made the most of my Duke experience...

I’ve been to most of the basketball and football games. Go Blue Devils! I’ve made amazing friends and "Flunched" professors (Flunch=Faculty+Lunch). I am doing research at a biomaterials lab and tutor at the Emily Kay Center.

Where I see myself after Duke...

I see myself as a physician and a researcher studying neurodegenerative diseases. I would like to treat and cure patients one day.

How I like to spend my free time...

Watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and go for a run.

My favorite class(es) at Duke...

EGR 101, Ethics of Genomic Research

Resources I love to use at Duke...

Academic Resource Center, Student Wellness Center

Co-Curricular/Engagement Experiences...

I have been to the Genetic Focus dinners, and we’ve had field trips to Duke University Medical Center. The THRIVE class was a great experience. The E-team's Dukeland contest—togetherness, activities, and prizes—was great!
