How I've made the most of my Duke experience...

Aside from classes, I do my best to create meaningful relationships with my peers and professors. By staying organized and dedicated, I have been able to find time to satisfy all of my academic and social engagements.

Where I see myself after Duke...

After Duke, I hope to be working in the Biomedical Engineering field for at least a couple of years. Then, I'll make my way to graduate school.

How I like to spend my free time...

My two biggest hobbies are singing and staying healthy! When I'm not busy with classes or research, I'm working out or making music.

My favorite class(es) at Duke...

My favorite class I have taken is EGR101! It made engineering feel like more than just a set of STEM classes. Engineering is about problem-solving and collaboration.

Resources I love to use at Duke...

The ARC, Perkins, and the Wellness Center are some of my favorite places to go on campus when I need anything, whether it's some academic help, advice, or a moment to relax.

Co-Curricular/Engagement Experiences...

I am a part of Duke Engineers for International Development (DEID), Duke SDA (Students Demand Action), and Project HEAL (a community service group that supports Latin American Communities in Durham). I am also involved in research that could potentially increase patient access to clinical trials in the context of neuromuscular disease.
