Students in “Performance and Technology,” a course co-taught by faculty members from electrical and computer engineering, art and dance (Martin Brooke, Matthew Kenney and Thomas DeFrantz, respectively) explored how STEM and art can intersect to create interactive new modes of expression. 

Sometimes it meant that engineers had to leave their comfort zone—coding and building—and actually take the stage.
