The challenges posed in EGR 190 just keep getting trickier.

Last year, Greg Twiss told the students they’d be building submersible robots capable of detecting and lifting underwater treasure. This past spring, the students’ robots had to be able to travel over land as well as through water, and had an additional task of dislodging a tennis ball set atop an 8-foot tall pole. See how one team did on the challenge, in this video from Duke Today.
