Duke CEE Students Examine Air and Water in China

In the spring, students taking CEE 492/292: International Applications of Environmental Field Methods, taught by civil and environmental engineering professor Mike Bergin, traveled to Kunshan, China to conduct research in topics of their own choosing. Examining the relationship between land use and water quality and measuring particulate matter concentrations in different environments in the region were two of the projects that the students pursued.
