As spatial transcriptomics becomes a more prevalent tool in cancer, neurology studies and more, do you wonder how to analyze the data to make sense of the biology? This is session two of the workshop that includes three hands-on sessions (1.5-2 hours each), that will: •Introduce the 10x Visium platform: experimental procedures, applications, advantage & disadvantage compared to other technologies •Teach you step-by-step the analysis for Visium data: preprocessing, clustering and visualization •Downstream analyses: integration with single-cell data, using deconvolution tools to find cell types and cell-cell interactions
