This class is an introductory training for use of Academic Jobs Online (AJO) for the recruitment and application management of various faculty and research staff, such as Associates in Research, Postdocs, Research Scientists, and Research Associates. Some of the topics we will cover are: access, posting a new job, managing and downloading applications, adding new members, creating a committee, and closing or extending a posting. Part II of AJO training will take place in late April or early May and cover how to hire the candidate using iForms and SuccessFactors, dispositioning candidates not hired, and the extra steps that must be taken if you are hiring faculty.
