How to Request Services
Our services include: customized workshops and retreats, individual coaching, strategic consultation and thought partnership for developing practices that reflect Pratt’s values of inclusive excellence. Every offering is tailored to your unique team or departmental context with attention to culture, connection and sustainability.

Coaching services provide personalized support for faculty and staff navigating leadership, collaboration, inclusion and professional growth. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking space to reflect and plan, coaching offers a confidential, thought-partnering space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
After you submit a form, a member of our team will follow up within 5–7 business days to schedule a discovery conversation. From there, we’ll work together to co-create a plan that’s thoughtful, achievable and aligned with your community’s values and needs.
