Moline Prak Pandiyan of RTI International and Gautham Pandiyan of Mi-Co

Moline Prak Pandiyan is an Innovation Advisor at RTI International, a non-profit research institute that works to improve the human condition by turning knowledge into practice. At RTI, she investigates technology-driven market intelligence and advises government and commercial clients, such as NASA, Fortune 100 companies, and start-ups, on how to transfer technologies or ideas and move them into practical application. A firm believer in co-op and internship programs, she started her RTI career as an intern after several other experiences across academia, government, and industry, including product development engineering at Johnson & Johnson and commercialization at Duke University. Moline graduated from the Duke MEM program in 2009 and has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Akron. Gautham Pandiyan is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing efforts at Mi-Co. He is responsible for sales outreach, managing the marketing program and other business development efforts. He has spoken at conferences such as the Harvey Spencer Associates Document Capture forum, TabTimes TabletBiz conference, is part of the Enterprise Mobility Network editorial board & has been on the forefront of Tablet adoption by businesses for several years. He has considerable experience working with entrepreneurial small businesses having worked at the Duke Office of Licensing and Ventures, with a biotechnology startup company, EntoGenetics, and with the Small Business
