Sheila Forte-Trammell is currently an HR Consultant at Total HR Services, LLC. She retired from IBM in April 2012 and during her tenure, she served in several HR Professional and Leadership capacities. She has a record of developing and leading global programs with high impact business results. She creatively used her vast HR experience to design Enterprise-wide programs with the goal to develop, retain, motivate, educate and engage employees. Sheila¿s HR experience includes but is not limited to Global Workforce Diversity, Resource Balancing, Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations, Professional Recruiting with an emphasis on Diversity, Mentoring/Coaching, Knowledge Transfer techniques, Emotional Intelligence, Talent Management, Business Ethics, Strategy and Leadership Development. Sheila is a co-author of two books - Intelligent Mentoring: How IBM creates Value through People, Knowledge, and Relationships which was listed in the top 10 books in January 2010 by Society of Human Resources Management and Agile Career Development: Lessons and Approaches from IBM. In 2012, Agile Career Development was translated In Mandarin. Sheila has also done many interviews on the national level covering a variety of Human Resources topics. She conducts seminars at National Conferences such as Black Engineer of the Year, The National Woman of Color Awards Conference and The Conference Board. She also delivers keynote speeches and seminars to organizations worldwide.
