Intellectual Asset Management - Business Plan Competition

Our class projects, two of which are entered in the Duke Start-Up Challenge and received high marks will be presented next Monday, April 20, in the Schiciano Auditorium at the Pratt School of Engineering. All of the groups are working with IP directly sourced - no third party acquisitions. The students are all enrolled in the Masters of Engineering Management Program (MEMP) and will present their business plan based on IP valuation for three start-ups; 1. Nutrasporin - alternative to Neosporin® 2. SIPPS-VSM - A software program and mobile app for valuing IP in any technology space 3. CPS Biofuels - Biobased Octane Booster Fuel Additive All are welcomed, JUDGES ARE SOLICITED, and a light dinner will be served. A "Shark Tank" type of assessment will be the focus of the session.
