The GE Global Research Center is one of the first, largest and most diverse industrial research labs in the world. It's the cornerstone of GE's commitment to technology. In this presentation we'll show how the Global Research Center is set up at multiple global sites, how it coordinates its work with the GE businesses (Aviation, Power, Oil & Gas, Renewables, etc.), how technology is developed and transitioned to the businesses, and what it's like to work at GRC. We'll also talk about GE's transition to a Digital / Industrial company. Lunch will be served from 11:30 am - 12:00 noon.
