Student Funding Request

The Duke Engineering Alumni Council provides funding to qualified engineering-based student project groups.

Deadlines and Important Dates:

  • The application submission deadline is October 8, 2016
  • Groups that meet the basic requirements criteria will be notified by October 15, 2016, if they will be invited to present their request for funding in person
  • Presentations by the selected groups will be scheduled for the EAC meeting on Saturday, November 12, 2016
  • Funding decisions will be announced shortly after the Nov. 12 meeting.

Funding is limited, but all qualified and well-represented groups have a good chance of receiving at least some level of EAC support.

Please include only active members when providing counts for the following categories. Active members are defined as those who regularly perform tasks on behalf of the organization. Please use data from the previous year, if applicable.

List all major funding sources AND the amount you received last year or expect to receive this year.
